Responsibilities工作职责    

1.Take activities to drive increased awareness of EHS processes and practices to leadership, operation, and administrative groups.

通过活动提高领导、运营和行政部门对EHS流程和实践的认识。

2.Continuously improve EHS culture, EHS awareness and group EHS management system, including ISO14001&ISO45001 maintenance.

持续改进EHS文化、EHS意识和集团EHS管理体系，包括ISO14001&ISO45001的维护。

3.Ensure necessary training is delivered to all required employees.

确保对所有员工进行必要的培训。

4.Lead and participate in EHS onsite inspections, self-assessments. Push Safety Observation Program and Layer Process Audit program. Tracks the corrective actions to be closured.

领导并参与EHS现场检查，自我评估。推行安全观察计划和分层过程审核计划。跟踪将要关闭的纠正措施。

5. Establish and update occupational health archive and deploy the occupational health relative work.

建立和更新职业健康档案，开展职业健康相关工作。

6.Participate in incident investigation, organize root cause analysis, support and push corrective actions identification and closure.

参与事件调查，组织根本原因分析，支持和推动纠正措施的识别和结束。

7.Works closely with leaders to organize safety and environment emergency drill, such as fire drill/first aid drill and so on.

与领导紧密合作，组织安全与环境应急演练，如消防演练、急救演练等。

8.Execute the mandatory activities in aspect of environment management (Pollutants Discharge License maintain; Environmental Monitoring; Hazardous Wastes Management; etc.)

执行环境管理方面的强制性活动(污染物排放许可证的维护;环境监测;危险废物管理等)。

9.Coordinate with government about the EHS relative affairs.

与政府部门协调EHS相关事宜。

10.Responsible for the management of protective equipment (PPE) issued by the company.

负责公司发放的防护装备的管理。

11.Other relative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications任职资格

1.Bachelor degree or master degree, major in health and safety, engineering or related major.

本科或硕士学历，健康与安全，工程或相关专业。

2.Work experience in environmental permitting, Safety case or other highly regulated system process industry is preferred.

有环境许可、安全案例或其他严格监管的系统流程行业工作经验者优先。

3.Good internal and external communication skills

良好的内外沟通能力

4.Good skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. Can read and write English documents or data.

熟练使用Excel, Word, PowerPoint等软件。能读写英文文档或数据。

5.Enthusiastic in work and strong sense and responsibility.

工作热情，责任心强。
